Salary and benefits were decent. No micro-managing of staff members.

Cons

Employees are overworked and not recognized for extra effort & outstanding accomplishments. Upper management never satisfied with high performance of team members.

Cons

Expectations are too high for what is realistic Upper management is incredibly out of touch with everyday employees Communication is non existent
