Pros

I enjoy my immediate colleagues.

Cons

CEO- lack of leadership, lack of vision, poor motivator and poor communicator (I don’t think he is interested in actually leading an organization.); aged systems and processes (to the point of concern regarding their liability); poor inter-departmental communication and coordination; lack of leadership is pervasive throughout the organization’s leadership roles; raises aren’t given, promotions aren’t given, and salaries and bonuses are well below market; inconsistent credit standards across the organization; band-aid solutions are applied constantly; CEO is penny-wise and pound foolish; employees are consistently asked to fill out surveys regarding the organization, but the results are never shared with the employees; acquisitions mask fundamental issues; members of executive management are openly frustrated, unmotivated and speak poorly of their colleagues. Every time there is an opportunity to do the right thing, Byline doesn’t do it.
