Pros

Typical bank holidays and vacations. Focus on keeping public facing facilities looking nice. Solidly stated Things That Matter/Corporate culture.

Cons

Pay is well below industry average across the board. Refusal to do training that could get you moved around. Lower/mid management doesn't follow their TTM.

Pros

Benefits, full time position, several locations in Chicago. Some of the regional managers do seem to care about their employees

Cons

One of the lowest paying banks in Chicagoland. Not very good training, little support. No personal bonuses, only based on entire branch sales
