The hours are ok and my branch's team is great

Cons

Corporate issues. The new Clean desk policy has customers asking if we are closing because it is so stark. Back office is slow to get answers to help us help our customers. Management plays fast and loose with the rules in the employment handbook, delegate everything and don't even know how to do their subordinates jobs, and so are completely ineffectual when the bank is short-handed

Holidays off, Ok health benefits, Friendly co-workers, Some sick/personal days, No real sales goals

Cons

Upper Management, Salary is very low compared to similar banking jobs, Horrible communication, No real training department, High Turnover in all areas, Way behind in current banking software, Branch consolidation often, No raises of any kind, Zero recognition, Most departments in disarray, No loyalty ever to longtime employees
