      Enormous scale and cultural impact. Global collaboration means travel to great places. Salary + bonus are solid.

      Cons

      Churn and burn culture is exhausting. Lack of trust, partially due to Chinese and non-Chinese friction. Difficult to get resources and excel if you aren't Chinese.
