      Free snacks, salary above average, fun colleagues and nice working environment. Company also love giving out goodies for employees during Work from home

      Due to supporting EU market, always need to work graveyard shift hour -- which is understandable Sadly, poor management, always changing Moderator KPI calculation. Been working late night graveyard shift for straight 2-3 consecutive months. Often times, mod feels like being thrown around
