- Data driven - Organized workflow - Very professional team - Plenty of time doing pre-research and design reasoning (rare in other department)

Cons

- Product line are easily cut off if that doesn't meet expectation - Prefer young professionals, old dudes are somewhat "discriminated", lack of opportunity for people above 30 years old
