      This job is good for someone who likes working alone and can work remotely. They tell you exactly what to do and it is very numbers focused. There is an opportunity to advance into Talent Acquisition but not guaranteed.

      Cons

      The work is very monotonous and there are too many people doing the same job and sending messages to the same people. They may have changed this since I left in February 2023.
