Build from scratch “Growth” in terms of scope and responsibility High impact work Can take “easy route” of not trying to hard and pretty much coast to M rating (meeting expectations) High bonus

Cons

- Most major decisions made in China - No org charts or real job titles - Re-orgs every 3~6 months - Very difficult to get profited - FANNG expectations without the pay or lifestyle - Company will take advantage of you and burn you out if you do not protect yourself (no guardrails in place) - Generally very cheap as a company, seemingly aiming for a “B” grade for things like amenities, benefits, etc

Very top down culture. The design leader is too young and inexperience with unclear strategy. More and more leaders and senior ICs are leaving this design org. Think twice if you want to join this team. Long working hours Expected to join late evening meetings
