The worst senior leadership you could ever find. No psychological safety - you can be fired at any time even if you are a top performer. At one point, western leaders were empowered, but those days are long gone and China is firmly back in the drivers seat. Constant re-orgs, with the one consistency being some Chinese male with minimal direct experience will be put at the top of your business unit. Essentially, this company is to Chinese males what corporate America was to white males in the 80s.
