Pros
- benefits are reasonable, food is decent if you’re at the big offices - some flexibility with work hours for some teams
Cons
- pay is not great compared to other big tech (while they act like they are big tech) - teams outside of APAC get steamrolled by CN leadership decisions. They do not take other markets into consideration. - forcing people to go into the office - lack of diversity in leadership roles - hours are all over the place, sometimes you will have calls at midnight and then also have 5am calls within the same day
