      Pros

      There's an incredible amount of learning resources available to everyone. On top of that, we use Lark/Feishu, which honestly feels like the most advanced productivity suite in the valley right now. It makes a huge difference knowing you're backed by a company that's all-in on AI and always working with the most cutting-edge tech.

      Pay is great and you get to work with some really talented people.

      Cons

      No upward mobility unless you speak mandarin. Extremely toxic culture that rewards people for overcomplicating processes. WLD none existent.

      Work expectations are beyond imagination, purely performance scoring company, you have to work million percentage to even get medium performance score.
