      Good package and move very fast

      Cons

      Very top down, leaders in china care about speed but not quality often left large amount of tech debt. And engineers has no negiciate power against PM or business ops.

      Pros

      Good salary. Good food. Work load not that crazy. You may need to have late meetings. But lot of folks come late (like afternoon) as well to compensate that.

      In some teams Chinese is mostly used. Need to work with folks in China too.

      Supportive teammates that helped me throughout my time at the company.

      Cons

      Rampant favoritism demonstrated by those in leadership roles. Work politics became blockers and prevented projects from being completed within reasonable timelines. Unprofessional behaviors were commonly accepted, such as using profanity, yelling, bullying, gossiping. RTO 5 caused overcrowding in an office that could not spatially accommodate. Unhealthful working conditions, such as dirty desks (desks were unassigned and shared), unclean restrooms, food poisoning and inanimate objects/bugs in food that was provided by the company.
