Pay is fine. Campus is pretty. Food is good. People are hardworking and smart.

Cons

- politics pressure from all around - horrible work life balance. Every day is a hackathon - feels like you have to be online 24-7 sometimes until 2am - moral always quite low

Just joined. Hear benefits are good. WLB questionable. We'll see.

Cons

WLB and deadline chasing. 401k match is 50% on 10% of paycheck. So you can't just front-load and max out 401k in a few months.
