Good Pay/ Benefits - Nonexistent Culture

Pros

Pay and benefits are good. Lots of opportunity to advance in career if willing to work long hours.

Cons

No culture - people just sit quietly at their desks all day. Forced RTO 5 days a week at most offices. Frequent reorgs change positions and teams and lead to confusion. Internal competition between directors creates a stressful environment. No training/ onboarding.
