Management is too focused on building and selling the company for a quick return. Lacks employee appreciation -- executives take lavish trips but expect employees to pinch pennies. Very low moral -- most people are here because they're stuck with immigration status and it shows with their attitude. Zero loyalty -- culture that comes from the top. No business process -- Csam can win accounts but fails to deliver over and over again. Please don't work here.
