Pros

The most rewarding aspect of working at C2 Education was the opportunity to cultivate a positive, upbeat, student-centered environment. Building meaningful relationships with students, families, and tutors was truly the highlight of the role and made the daily challenges worthwhile.

Cons

If you intend to dedicate 100% of yourself to managing a center and strive to meet your monthly goals in order to earn a commission, it’s important to understand that there is, unfortunately, little to no work-life balance in this role. This position combines the demands of a full-scale sales role with the responsibilities of running an entire center. The compensation, however, does not adequately reflect the scope and volume of responsibilities required.
