      Ability to earn based on commissions when set up for success. Former CEO was great, built culture and values.

      Cons

      Leadership changed. 3 CEO's in 4 years. Last CEO lacked knowledge about the business, formed biased opinions, and was verbally abusive during visits. Zero room for advancement as their is no where to go up.
