Easy work and lots of time to do things on the side as well as not too much micromanagement, seems to be a bit of room for growth

Cons

Not very stimulating, badly designed data entry to work with, seems more focused on sales than student improvement.

Pros

Great students, understanding supervisor, overall relaxed environment (although there are much busier centers), occasional paid-for lunches or dinners during meetings, don't have to go to students' houses

Cons

Inconsistent hours as somebody else has said, frequent cancellations or last-minute schedule changes, the pay is much lower than that of other tutoring centers, 3 to 1 classes can be hectic

Pros

Very relaxed atmosphere. Able to help a lot of great students achieve their goals.

Cons

Very inconsistent hours. When taking the job, was promised 24-32 hours a week; now barely working 12 hours a week. Mostly because of management and cooperate greed, will try to always have 3 students to 1 teacher ratio and combine math students with English students. Do not seek if you are trying to find a stable part time job with consistent hours.
