10yThank you for letting us know that you enjoy the flexible hours and 3:1 student teacher ratio at C2! You will be pleased to hear that we have done a complete redesign of the teacher training program, with a huge focus on the “C2 Way” of teaching with more engagement and a sense of community from the start. Groups of new hires train together and opportunities for collaboration exist through discussions, peer-review assignments, and webinars that create a sense of “together-ness”. We invite you to attend the quarterly Teacher Town Halls where you will have the opportunity to hear about company-wide initiatives, academic topics of importance, and a place to voice your suggestions and opinions. In addition to providing ways for management to better communicate with our teachers, we’re also providing more ways for our teachers to communicate to management via myc2ideas@c2ducate.com. We value your voice and appreciate all that you do to provide our students with a better education, now and always.

10yThank you for sharing your experience at C2. Its great to hear that you were able to acheive a work / life balance with the flexiblity to adjust your hours, as needed. And we agree that our students are incredibly driven and focused on their dreams. I understand that you were not satisfied with the curriculum and our approach to learning. Please know that we believe in our students and in their potential for greatness. Focusing on the core of quality education, we have a passion for learning, improving through knowledge, devotion to the student, and the vision that every student is different but can break past their limits with proper guidance and support. C2’s comprehensive tutoring system ensures that our teachers are able to provide tailored and interactive instruction while providing an environment in which no student is ever being given a cookie-cutter lecture. And it works. 85% of C2 students are accepted at a top 50 college! We are so proud of our students, teachers and Center staff for all they have acheived together.
