Pros
C2's model rewards hard work. Internal promotions happen often as long as you demonstrate professionalism and aptitude and execute efficiently, which is what all jobs ought to reward.
Cons
Hiring teachers is often difficult because C2's hiring requirements bar seem to be higher than that of most public schools, though that's precisely why C2 is needed, and we won't compromise on the quality of our teachers. Most negative ratings stem from bitter ex-staff who didn't work out for one reason or another, but quality is not something we will compromise on; we firmly uphold our standards.
