Pros

Low stress comfortable atmosphere. After some time getting the same students forms good relations, which makes the job easier.

Cons

Sometimes certain students can make the working period dreadful due to them not wanting to focus. Each location has a different manager in charge, and they can either be really accommodating for your schedule or they can be very self centered and boss you to come into work to fill in a shift even if it is inconvenient for you.

Pros

Passionate team focused on the core quality of curriculum and service we provide our families. There's an amazing bond between districts and regions in the field that is so inspiring - they really come together to deliver high-quality service in a way that's unique and unexpected in this industry.

Cons

It would be great to see more training and development for our employees and better planning among leadership. The focus on profit is distracting from our ability to do business.
