      Good working environment and students at my center

      Pros

      Lots of materials to use, tutors at this center are very friendly, and occasionally will ask each other questions. Office manager and staff are also very nice!

      Cons

      Pay could be higher, and wish they would offer meals when working 6-8 hours straight

      Can work independently. Directors trust your judgment. Director will act as a liaison with parents which can be a good thing.

      Cons

      Last minute schedule adjustments. Have to work on weekends. No opportunity for growth within the company.
