      -Flexible scheduling (I work part time while I complete a Masters degree in Math). -Provides excellent course curriculum so I can focus on working with the students, rather than making up my own materials.

      Cons

      -None. Tutors, management, and other staff are supportive with difficult students and understanding of any requested time off.
