      Can be beneficial if you are a self-driven person

      Pros

      1. As a Center Director who runs a whole store, you will have plenty of discretion to do the business your way. So if you are self-driven, and enjoy entrepreneurship, this could be a good opportunity to fully explore all aspects of a small business. 2. Potential to make good incentives if you exceed your budget.

      Cons

      1. The top leadership/management is inconsistent. CEOs come and go. A new CEO means new policy and new executions. Some new executions cause backlashes from clients, such as price increasing and hours expiration, which results in extra time and work for customer service in the frontline. 2. Difficulty in hiring talents due to limited salary and compensation that the company provides.

      Pros

      I started at C2 when it was an independent franchise. It was nice to have the flexibility. Good people at the franchise level.

      Cons

      Soon after, the franchise was sold back to corporate and the flexibility was much less. Still good people at the level more or less. Since, there has been quite a bit of turnover.
