Steady income, beautiful area, nice sunsets in the afternoons, and a great opportunity to reassess your life choices.

Cons

Terrible micromanagement (for what the company is worth), ugly building, smelly office, and the compensation is a joke relative to the workload. Be VERY careful when you sign your contract; review and ensure you are executing the duties you have consented to. The turn-over rate is extremely high and always pay attention what is spoken about you in private. They also refuse to pay at times; I had to hire an attorney to recover a "lost" wage. Worst of all, research the company at the Better Business Bureau..

Pros

Ability to earn based on commissions when set up for success. Former CEO was great, built culture and values.

Cons

Leadership changed. 3 CEO's in 4 years. Last CEO lacked knowledge about the business, formed biased opinions, and was verbally abusive during visits. Zero room for advancement as their is no where to go up.

-Fridays off for getting errands done like doctor’ appointments and stuff

Cons

-Pay is not great -Business practices are shady (lacking integrity) -All they care about is the money, not particularly giving the best service -They give undeserving employees promotions -Reward/bonus opportunities are a joke and you never end up getting the full amount they promised -Time off is another joke. They say to take it but them basically shun you for taking it
