- CONSTANT TURNOVER of Center Directors, District Managers, Education Coordinators. - New batch of district (regional) managers overpromise to families, and place blame squarely on Center Directors or Coordinators when we can't deliver on false promises. - New batch of district managers also do not train staff on education, sales, or strategies on enrolling families. When underperforming, they take no accountability on improper training. - SALES 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Education comes dead last. Needs retooling of educational material so we don't utilize out-of-date content. - PAY IS NOT CONSUMMERATE WITH EXPERIENCE. Baseline $70,000 is what you can expect unless you miraculously perform/overperform.
