      I make 1/3 of what they bill the government

      Pros

      For the most part as a client site employee they stay out of my hair. They have recently updated their reimbursment program to automate it and now receive payments much faster.

      Cons

      They once moved their NJ headquarters down the road to a new facility but never sent out even an email annopuncing the move. I found out by driving past it one day. They are always claiming they have no money for raises but I know what they bill me out as. They could easily pay me 1/2 of what they bill me at and trim some of the non-billable fat that sits in the new building they move into every few years.

      Pros

      I like my line of work and I get freedom to implement my ideas. Management will back you on decision if you keep them updated. I personally have not seen any politics at work

      Cons

      Sometimes management is a bit stingy but most of them are pretty upfront. Salaries are adequate but not outstanding. Work hours can be long (depending on the project)

      Pros

      For military spouses, they seem to have presence near most military posts thus the possibility exists to stay with the company when your spouse is transferred.

      Cons

      Too much duplication of work. Need to streamline processes, one data base needs to interface with others. Seems like many of us must create our own reports in order to consolidate info spread out amongst too many sources, seems like a waste of man hours.
