      Nice company environment... probably to make up for lackluster pay

      Flexibility from management No micromanaging Autonomous Fairly flexible with schedule/ work hours

      Cons

      Practically Impossible to progress within the company... Employee submissions often not even acknowledged Pay is NOT COMPETITIVE AT ALL Very little done to retain current employees... Always better offers elsewhere (but hard to let go of flexible work environment) No employee development

      Pros

      CACI has great insurance benefits, and the best education benefit I've ever had. Senior management communicates well. Company is constantly generating new business, and has opportunities to move within the company to different contracts. They actually hire from within. One of the best companies I've ever worked for.

      Cons

      CACI wins a lot of contracts by bidding very aggressively. Salaries are therefore okay, but not exceptional. You might get better pay elsewhere (this is offset by great benefits.)

      Flexibility, ability to move up within the company, concerned about employees. Wonderful company to work for! Very satisfied!

      Cons

      Typical cons associated with contractor work, concern with renewal of contract to particular company, stress associated with hoping to win recompete on any given contract.
