      Cons

      Zero chance of bonuses, cost of living increases, or notable pay increases no matter how well you individually perform. Only raise is when you level up, and that is not easy to do these days.

      The place is unfair to veterans

      I missed the 1 year sign-on bonus deadline by 1 week because I thought it would be natural to use the start date as a 1 year anniversary. Instead, it was the pay date, which was 3 weeks later. This unsympathetic company withheld my final pay check without notice and is now threatening to engage a collection agency for the remainder. Under no circumstances should you consider working for this company unless you enjoy being mistreated
