Pros
Great work/life balance, opportunities for growth, tuition reimbursement, great work climate, COPs for growing your knowledge, free opportunities for training and developing skills whether its for your current role or a new one you are working towards
Cons
Contracted work so there is the possibility of not being awarded the contract. Most times the customer exercises the annual option and keeps the contract. When it gets to the five year mark it gets scary but CACI is well known for having great workers and teams. So I would say you are relatively safe. They also have programs to find you a new contract to go to based off of your skills and experience.
