      Pros

      Pay is competitive. $12,500 annually toward higher eduction.

      Cons

      This is the worst place I’ve ever worked. Totally disorganized. They don’t want innovation or collaboration. Shut up and do what you’re told. If you offer any resistance or advice for improvement you’re “laid off”. I watched it happen 5+ times. Stay away from EITaaS. Management is not focused on the customer. They are focused on themselves. FTO is a scam. They cap your time off. However, they save millions by not paying out vacations when people leave. This company has the worst leadership I’ve ever seen and I spent 18yrs in the Army. Do yourself and your family a favor and go anywhere else.

      Solid team. base pay you come in at 94000 no matter what. fixed 3% pay raises a year. pyeongtaek is the housing allowance and cola is based off family members. can look that up on state department website.

      nothing really. no complaints. solid being in korea

      Pros

      If you are lucky like me, you'll find yourself in a great project with a great team. Excellent work life balance. If you have good management, they will work to find you a new project if your contract is not renewed

      Cons

      Pay and benefits could be much better and not very competitive with other companies. Ulimited FTO is not really unlimited (about 5 weeks a year, lumped in with sick time).
