      A good company for independent workers.

      Pros

      I can make my own hours. I work at a comfortable pace to achieve completion of my assignments in a timely manner. Mostly work independently, but have back-up of lead or co-workers if needed.

      Cons

      A lot of alone time.

      Used to be a good company. Not so much now

      Pros

      The benefits are somewhat good. The 401K has a good match but takes 3 years to vest, the Vacation and Sick Leave are also decent, especially once an employee has a few years with them and the accrued amount goes up.

      Cons

      Damn near everything else. Management is deaf to the workforce, there's no opportunity for advancement, and the raises need to improve to be a joke. Management will send a company-wide email that says they are cutting some popular thing (like supplying coffee to workers) to save money, then later that day send another company-wide email touting their "record breaking profits". Would you like to play a game of "who's telling lies"?

      Losing Direction

      Pros

      The pain can't last forever, can it? Hopefully Dr London will eventually recognize the lack of direction at the C level and will take steps to intervene as he did previously. At its core, the company is still based on integrity and serving our customers.

      Cons

      Leadership in a vacuum. C level executives all recent transplants from Lockheed Martin and do not fully understand the nature of work or our customers. Spending significant money chasing work with near Zero P-WIN.
