      My supervisors have all been extremely professional, understanding and friendly So far it has been my experience that if you excel is your position you can move upward

      The mantra seems to be you join CACI for the benefits and not pay, my experience is that I'm still waiting for the benefits. There is a 30 to 40 % difference in pay between myself and the other junior members of my team, with me being in the middle of the experience range. I was promoted within and they were new hires, both make in the neighborhood of 20k more a year than I do. Ego aside I'm the running joke about "Find away to do it cheaper."

      Pros

      There are lots of online trainings and sharing of knowledge within CACI.

      Cons

      The procurement department is going through not only high turnover, but also quite a few audits. Employees and management tend to loose sight of documentation the belongs in all files regardless if it is in an audit pool or not. This environment is not only stressful, but also negative due to the low morale.
