Manager hired all his family and would be very moody. Treated his family with special treatment and then other workers he would throw under the bus. Had us traveling way to much and if you complained would act like your a whiner. Company itself did not give great raises not sure if managers fault or the company. I was a satcom fielder and just hated the job. Worst job i have ever had.

Do not recommend this job unless you enjoy stress piled on and being micromanaged with mediocre pay and expensive benefits. There is room for growth, but not without being overloaded with work without any support. Investigators are ranked based on their overall metrics which decides whether they get work or not. During COVID, there was very little work without communication from management as to what was going on. New contracts are thrown on investigators with little to no training. Expect employees to go out and interact with people in close quarters for hours without caring about COVID risks. The list goes on and on.
