      Pros

      My division in CACI was matrixed organization, You get to make the most of two sets of cultures and resources. The corporate arm of the matrix supports the project arm with a wealth of training resources and best practices. I also got to learn and grow from applying my skills at the client site and learn from my teammates and the client themselves.

      Cons

      The drawback of our matrix environment is that it is easy to become disconnected from the wider CACI team. I had to work hard and seek mentorship to avoid drifting and disillusionment.
