The team is very friendly and helpful, and there is not too much pressure to fulfill certain quotas each day. They are more focused on meaningful conversations to get people hired, rather than just trying to speak to people as quickly as possible. Enjoyed my time with CADC

Meeting new people everytime u knock doors or go business organizing

Cons

Only 1-2 days of training. Out on your own 95% of the time. 3rd party so you don’t control the clientelle you are working for. Very liberal and progressive. Have to wear a mask to work everyday. Can’t eat or smoke within the vicinity of your coworkers due to COVID protocol
