Decent folks working there, but it's pretty unorganized

Pay's alright, you'll probably end up working with decent people

Cons

Not super organized; and they spend a lot of money on office supplies, plane tickets, hotels in a way that makes it seem like they're trying to drive up the campaign price tag so they can ask for more money the next time around, but it's frustrating to see that money not just filter into employee paychecks instead
