Pros
Cool co-workers for the most part! Walking all day! Independence They encourage management positions Lots of praise My opinion a lot better than working at Starbucks or a typical 9-5 job.
Cons
NOT SAFE Don't care about safety besides Covid-19 measures Co-workers can be fake sometimes (but that's politics) Really cold sometimes! They wouldn't keep their word on a lot of things and supplies they said they'd provide, along with no way to contact the police or them if you aren't using your own working phone. Using car a lot sometimes, but you can opt out of it for the loss of your $20 a day bonus. A LOT of paper waste. You leave "Literature" on peoples' doors and it creates forests of waste.
