Pros

Get paid $22 an hour and I choose the days that I work. I also get paid by the day, which is 6 hours.

Cons

Requires a lot of walking, which can be tiresome at the end of the day. But otherwise, no negatives!

Depending on the project you are working on there is a sense of accomplishment and making an impact on the community around you.

Cons

- Communication between upper management and lower employees was non existent. - Office conditions were abysmal (no HVAC with temperatures reaching the upper 90s in office) - Lack of transparency when salary came into conversation. - Does not want to fire anyone in upper / mid level management even if they are breaking the code of conduct.
