Pros
This one is short. I met some of the most fantastic, talented, amazing photographers I have ever or probably will ever meet. Trauma bonding got me some lifelong friends.
Cons
This company is so top heavy it is crushing itself. The entire executive team at cady is one of the ceo's family members or a nepo hire. Those at the top are paying themselves millions while the photographers actually doing all of the work are lied to and forced to scrounge for pennies in the dirt. Cady doesn't just rip off their employees. The business model for Cady is to over promise and under deliver. When school reps ask why they have revived unedited or inadequate photos they will be sent to customer service. A department that I think just kinda lies to them as mush as they need to get off the phone. I could go on and on. Do not work here. It is at most a cash grab from a bored rich dude that knows absolutely nothing about photography and has invented this business so his children and all the other nepotism hires can springboard on to actual functioning companies at even higher salaries.
