It’s a cute atmosphere and nice people

Cons

As a front desk person it made no sense to be standing the entire shift. Especially when they’re multiple people on shift, management would never actually manage what stations we should be at. People would be told to go to one station and be somewhere else doing what they want to do when no one’s looking. In return, we were all forced to stand no matter what station we were assigned to, instead of actually MANAGING who’s doing what and where. Those same people doing what they wanted to were promoted and praised often.

Pros

I loved this job. Great pay, great hours, fun place to work. I was the manager for sales. The official reason I was fired was because I fired someone for lying and committing time clock fraud. Yes, I was fired for firing someone that was stealing from the company. Truthfully I feel I was fired because I stood up for myself to the upper management at the time. I took the studio from one of the worst in sales to one of the best.

If you stand up for your self you get fired.
