Pros

Cady provided a great opportunity to build my skills and break into project management. They are very welcoming of career growth and do promote from within. At the time, the team was an amazing group of individuals who you could trust to complete projects.

Cons

Microagressions and Passive Aggressive Behavior from specific Sales Reps. Diversity & Inclusion is very much a facade. Lack of understanding and support from Leadership for the department.

I have been with CADY almost 4 years and the biggest Pro about this company is that ANYONE has the potential to grow here and build a career. If you are the type of person who shows up and shows out to work everyday you can go far with this company, with OR without a degree. The culture is the second best Pro! Not only do I love what I do at CADY, but I love the people I do it with. I have never been around so many creative and fun people when going to work. Also, support from my co-workers/bosses is something I can always count on. I have had the opportunity to grow not only as a leader but as a single full time working mother while being employed here.

Cons

When there are cons, our team proactively looks into how to best improve themselves and is constantly striving to be an Employer Of Choice.

lots of practice good training equipment provided fun environment

Cons

All studios are located in metropolitan areas, but the pay wage cannot sustain metropolitan housing expenses.
