Pros

The management team is always looking for feedback and willing to listen to know how your shoot went or if you ever had problems. The management team is trying to make your job as a photographer easier even when you go to difficult schools when you have to go above and beyond to please the coach or yearbook advisor. If you are an experienced photographer and know your gear, they will provide you with whatever you ask. They try to keep everything working to the best even the employee with always being trained in every department.

Cons

Your attitude is everything at this company, they try to keep employees happy but it's a crazy place to work. They always try to say thank you by giving out gift cards or say that you can leave and go get lunch, but the schools are mostly nowhere within a 5-mile radius of anything fast food. If you are lucky to have time for lunch, most of the time you won't get lunch or dinner so pack a snack box. Photographers go to schools that are in Lagrange, Douglasville, Symrna, and Gainesville when you have to pick up the gear in Johns Creek but you get paid less than 2 quarters for mileage. Your mileage is based off a sheet that has the lowest number of miles, to the school from the Johns Creek Studio. Hours are odd, you have to be at the studio to pick up the gear at 4 or 5 am but it only takes 40 minutes to get to the school at 5 in the morning. Your contact number is most likely to be the school phone number. They want you to text and drive by sending the contact a message saying that you will be at the school in 15 minutes.

Thank you for your feedback! We will be sure to share your feedback regarding scheduling with the leadership team at the Johns Creek location. If there is ever anything asked of you that does not align with your moral/personal beliefs or goes against laws that have been put in place, we would encourage you to communicate with your direct supervisor and if that does not receive an appropriate response, you can reach out directly to our HR dept and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can. We know that the schedules during our busiest season are hectic and can have changes that occur quickly. We do everything we can to prevent those from happening, however, somethings we have little control over. Also, we are re-evaluating our staff dress code and will take your feedback into account. Thank you!

Pros

I love working for this company. I worked here for a couple of years and then left due to my husbands job. We came back to Jacksonville and I started back at the company! I put in a lot of hard work and moved up in the company. I love my job and the people I work with. I don't think there is many people in the world that can say they wake up actually excited to go to work and love being at their job. I feel like the company is continuously growing and improving its culture.

Cons

Sometimes the hours are long.
