      Management from middle management fears for the jobs from the Dallas based management. Treat employees very, very poorly.

      The paycheck keeps coming in.

      Cons

      Basically 24 hour on call 5 days a week. The schedule changes several times each week making it impossible to schedule any activities during the work week. The hours are long, sometimes up to 14 hour days. The work weeks an average of 50 hours plus with plenty of stress, mis- communications and unhappy coworkers and clients.
