      Started out great - fizzled fast after the first year

      Pros

      Hybrid role with 1 day in the center. Easy commute. On-site cafeteria. Some co-workers nicer to work with than others.

      Cons

      Parking sucks - no covered parking - you have to walk a half mile to get to the building. Micromanagement galore. Poor alignment with corporate and training centers. Lack of support when you speak up. Condescension is rampant among certain managers. Feverishly trying to find a way to another company soon.
