None. Maybe the only fact that you get to fly planes

overpriced for the quality of education, the staff is rude, instructors are unprofessional, a lot of bad talking about any horrible flight that you may have. According to the instructors they are poorly paid

*Depending on the division you work for, the leadership can be very supportive. *The insurance benefits are very good. *I believe the product is pretty good. (Needs some improvement). *Salary seems in line with national averages.

Cons

*Gravely lacking in communication and processes. *Not enough middle-mgmt. and direction in some divisions. *Co. takes on too many projects; encourages getting things done over quality. *Project Management is evasive and passive-aggressive. *Too many employees are wearing many hats; causing things to fall through the cracks, lack of support & quality, etc. with no end in sight.
