Rigid compliance and approach, any alternative approaches or opinions are quickly shut down with bureaucracy speeches. Very few people have any experience outside of CAE, the wider world of work and different ways of doing things, especially management who are extremely are extremely resistant to change. If you’re ex-defence or a student with no prior work experience, you will not know any different and likely fit in reasonably well.
