      I can only say the Salary it was acceptable.

      Middle Management Yields, Racism, unprofessional with customer if you are Armed Force or Government your are passed , from third world country expected bad treatment, the set you up for failure, no team work they throughout under the bus , no talk to management or HR the filter the complaints to PM and will make you life miserable. Stay away unless you a cop , or armed force . Civilian . NJ based. Records is like years behind you have to cover your back they will betray easy.

      Alot of the people you work with are great Benefits are really good - heath care and a 9/80 work work are fantastic

      Cons

      Very disorganized There are a lot of over worked people They have been laying people off every 6 -9 months for the last 3 years They have been cost cutting for years
