      Pros

      Work-life balance is what you make of it. A small core of very committed people try their best to make it a good place to work. The business has great potential in the market.

      Cons

      This is a monarchy. The king issues his decrees from a far-off castle in Montreal and the lords, ladies and peasants must obey. If you can't, it's off with your head. Instead of listing all the problems, I will simply say, people here either escape as soon as they find another opportunity or have been here so long that they just keep their heads down and dream of their not-too-distant retirement--that or they are still hoping that a white knight will someday come and free them.

      Excellent coworkers. Immediat supervisor is great. The tech is cool lots of opportunitty too travel
